This is a standard application form used to request the grant of a patent in India under the Patents Act 1970. It allows individuals, small entities, or startups to provide details about the invention, the inventors, and any priority claims from international filings.

Form 26 under the Patents Rules 2003, used to authorise a patent agent or other person to act on an applicant's or party's behalf in a matter or proceeding under the Patents Act, 1970.

Form 24 under the Patents Rules 2003, used to apply to the Controller for review of, or to set aside, a decision or order of the Controller under the Patents Act, 1970.

Form 18 under the Patents Rules 2003, used to request examination of a patent application by the Controller under Section 11B of the Patents Act, 1970.

Form 16 under the Patents Rules 2003, used to apply for registration of a title to, or interest or share in, a patent, or of any document affecting the proprietorship of a patent, such as an assignment, mortgage, or licence.

Form 14 under the Patents Rules 2003, used to file a notice of opposition to the amendment, restoration, or surrender of a patent, the grant of a compulsory licence, the revision of its terms, or the correction of clerical errors.

Form 2 under the Patents Rules 2003, used to file the provisional or complete specification describing the invention, including its title and technical description and, for a complete specification, the claims and abstract.

Form 25 under the Patents Rules 2003, used to request the Controller's permission to make or file a patent application outside India under Section 39 of the Patents Act, 1970.

Form 23 under the Patents Rules 2003, used to apply for restoration of a person's name in the Register of Patent Agents after it has been removed.

Form 22 under the Patents Rules 2003, used to apply for registration as a patent agent in the Register of Patent Agents maintained by the Controller of Patents.
