An agreement for the assignment of a flat purchaser's rights in an under-construction flat to a new buyer in India, where the co-operative society has not yet been formed and the flat is not yet ready. The original purchaser (Transferor) assigns all his rights and benefits under his agreement with the builder to a new buyer (Transferee), and the builder joins as Confirming Party. It covers the assignment consideration, the transferor's declaration that the agreement is valid and unassigned, the transferee stepping into the transferor's rights and obligations, the builder's undertaking to hand over possession and credit the amounts already paid, and allotment of co-operative society shares when the society is registered.
